Full Circle Hair Studio's Guest Policies

• All first time guests will need to secure their appointment time with a credit card.
• To ensure that all our guests stay on schedule, we ask that new guests please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment time to fill out our guest information sheet.
• We know that things can come up, however, to ensure that we can accommodate all of our guests we adhere to a 24 hour reschedule or cancellation policy.
• If you cannot provide us with 24 hour notice & are unable to keep your appointment you will be charged the full fee for the service to compensate the service provider for holding their time available.
• The Arts District where we are located has metered street
  parking. Please give yourself ample time to find parking. The meters are free after 5pm during the week & on the weekends.
• We strongly suggest that all NEW color or texture guests schedule a consultation before scheduling your actual service time. This allows us to discuss your hair & properly schedule the amount of time needed to achieve your desired look.
• The consultation fee is $40.00. This amount will be applied to your service if booked within 4 weeks of the consultation.
• Full Circle’s pricing varies according to our team member’s seniority. Rest assured that every member has completed thorough Aveda training.
• We all work as a team in the studio. Depending on your needs we may enlist the expertise of one of our other team members to meet & exceed your expectations.
• We have a fantastic team with a wealth of knowledge to pull from to help you look your personal best.
• Continued education for our stylists is not only encouraged but it is required.
